There is one subject that I like to preach about and hope more people will convert to my way of thinking. We are raising our children on this diet and our children are over-weight and will probably grow up with heart disease problems unless we make corrections to their diet and exercise.

There are plenty of diets available which have no meat and dairy products. I have found that visiting a restaurant with a great salad bar and just eating the vegetables and no lettuce is filling. This meal is the biggest meal of my day.

I am recommend a diet of vegetables and fruit without meat or dairy products and no desserts or sugars. This is possible because two years ago I started on this diet. I am a person who runs 5 miles per day 5 days a week and plays tennis 4 days a week.
